DYA Award 2016
Creativity International’s range of educational and retail art and craft materials has expanded over the past two years. Not only do they stock wiggly eyes, foam shapes and nearly every range of paper product you could wish for, but they also now do school furniture, storage, inspirational posters and loads more.
A bright new refresh of stock this Spring, released some remainder packs and boxes of product from the old shelves, so this week Creativity invited some lucky teachers to come in from local schools to take what they wanted for a small charge.
“We didn't know what to expect, but when we arrived it was like an Aladdin's cave. We were given the opportunity by CI to rummage through the warehouse, open boxes and fill our trolley with high quality craft items which will help children be so much more creative with their learning. I am sure that our pupils will have lots of fun with all the items we were able to bring back to enhance their lessons.” Claire Porter, Office Services Manager, St Michael's First School, Penkridge
“Fill your car sale was such a wonderful experience as we were able to get so many really useful items that we will be able to using during our lessons. As a Special School we like to ensure our pupils have a wide range of activities to complete - especially arts and crafts, but this can normally be limiting depending on budget but we have a great deal to now offer our pupils.” Danielle Dorman, Sutton School & Specialist College
“It’s good to support local schools” said Rob Ireland, MD of Creativity International. “At Creativity we try and encourage young vision and inventiveness wherever we can.”
